OUR TEAM
Since its establishment, SDR has expanded to include new instructors. Their involvement with SDR contributes to the development of students, bringing out their best and developing confident dancers who benefit from adding rhythm into their lives.
SDR instructors pour their hearts into each lesson and go the extra mile for their students. At SDR, we believe the most important thing is to guide every one of our students to their next level of their personal development through dance.

SDR MISSION STATEMENT
Sydney Dance Rhythms’ mission is to improve the health, fitness and mindset of the local community and motivate, inspire, and educate everyone from young children to grandparents to be the best they can be through dance. Dance is not about being better than other people, but feeling the best inside.

CRISTINA IORDACHE
Cristina started developing her dancing skills in Ballroom, Latin and Street Latin in 1998 in her homeland of Romania where she also competed and performed.
Cristina continued improving her dancing skills under many of the top Ballroom and Latin instructors in Australia and during this time she volunteered to teach so she may share her passion and love of dance with others.
Whilst volunteering, Cristina decided to establish her own school - SDR was founded on this dream. Today she continues her quest for self-improvement whilst sharing her knowledge and her love of dance with her students.
Cristina was a highly-qualified school teacher in Romania, and is highly proficient at the delivery of instructions. Furthermore, being a highly competent dancer, she is able to effectively communicate and instruct any combination of Ballroom and Latin Dances.
Cristina specialises in wedding or bridal lessons, and caters for all levels of ability at the same time providing the stage for a memorable wedding performance.
She is also a Zumba and ZumbAtomic certified instructor.
