1. Dance classes involve a risk of injury. By enrolling, participants acknowledge they are fit to participate and undertake classes at their own risk. Participants must immediately communicate any health and safety concerns to Sydney Dance Rhythms (SDR) staff. SDR will take all reasonable steps to ensure health and safety, but cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained during classes or on premises.

2. All enrolments are subject to class availability, and SDR reserves the right to change class times or instructors when necessary. SDR reserves the right to cancel classes, giving reasonable notice. If this occurs, affected participants will be refunded accordingly.

5. Packages and term bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable after completion of 25% of the agreed term (e.g. Group class over 10-weeks, no refunds after week 3). Pro-rata refunds apply before this point.
6. SDR will not provide refunds, credits, or concessions for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Exceptional circumstances may be considered, with documented evidence as required.
7. All fees must be paid in advance or by the due dates; late payment may result in loss of enrolment or exclusion from the class or lesson.
8. All information provided will be kept private and confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act. SDR may contact participants with important information related to their enrolment, classes, or studio activities. SDR will not use your data or information provided other than in relation to classes, lessons or studio activities.
9. SDR may use photographs or video of participants for promotional purposes, unless notified in writing. By completing enrolment, participants consent to such usage. If you do not wish your image to be used, please advise SDR in writing.
10. Prepayments must be made in-full ahead of the class using either bank transfer.
11. Payments via bank transfer must be made to Sydney Dance Rhythms Pty Limited, BSB 082-356, Account number 229 289 498. A record of transfer must be emailed to info@sydneydancerhythms.com in order to finalise the payment.
12. Square Online payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
13. Prepayments are valid for one (1) year from the date of payment.
